Fall 2027 & Spring 2028 Booking Windows Are Open: Where Every Ship Is Sailing

Today's the day — Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 Disney Cruise Line itineraries just opened for early booking, starting with Pearl Castaway Club members this morning. If you've been eyeing a 2027 cruise, this post has two things you need: when your window opens, and where each ship is actually sailing from.

The full booking schedule

Bookings open in tiers, earliest access first. Here's the complete window:

  • Pearl Castaway Club — Monday, August 31, 8:00 AM ET
  • Platinum Castaway Club — Tuesday, September 1, 8:00 AM ET
  • Gold Castaway Club — Wednesday, September 2, 8:00 AM ET
  • Silver Castaway Club — Thursday, September 3, 8:00 AM ET
  • Disney Vacation Club Members & Adventure Insiders — Thursday, September 3, 8:00 AM ET
  • General Public — Tuesday, September 8, 8:00 AM ET
Not sure which Castaway Club tier you're in? It's based on how many DCL cruises you've sailed, and it's easy to lose track. Send me your sail history and I'll tell you your exact window — free. Ask me →

Where every ship is sailing from

Whichever window you fall into, here's the map of where you can actually depart from in Fall 2027 and Spring 2028:

Florida

The busiest hub, as always. Disney Destiny homeports in Port Canaveral for the very first time, sailing three- to seven-night Bahamas and Western Caribbean cruises, and opens her season in Fort Lauderdale with three- to five-night Bahamas and Western Caribbean sailings featuring heroes-and-villains-themed dining and entertainment. Disney Dream sails three- and four-night Bahamian cruises from Port Canaveral before repositioning to Fort Lauderdale in November 2027. Disney Fantasy splits her season between Port Canaveral (four- and five-night Bahamas/Western Caribbean) and Fort Lauderdale (four- to seven-night Bahamas/Eastern Caribbean) — plus her first-ever Bermuda sailing, an eight-night voyage from Fort Lauderdale. Disney Treasure continues her seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean routine from Port Canaveral, with two special longer voyages added in. And the Disney Wish returns to Port Canaveral for three- and four-night Bahamian cruises after her New York and San Juan seasons wrap.

Texas

After completing an eastbound Panama Canal repositioning cruise, the Disney Magic spends the season sailing four- to seven-night cruises out of Galveston, including select seven-night Bahamian itineraries.

California

Double the West Coast magic: both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder sail from San Diego through early November 2027, with three- to seven-night Baja and Mexican Riviera itineraries stopping in Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, and Catalina Island.

Puerto Rico

The Disney Wish and Disney Fantasy both sail five- to seven-night Southern and Eastern Caribbean itineraries out of San Juan.

Panama Canal

The Disney Magic makes two 14-night repositioning cruises through the Panama Canal, each a maiden call — eastbound stopping in Fuerte Amador (Panama City), westbound stopping in Colón.

Why the rush

Early booking windows exist because the best cabin categories — and the best prices — go first. If any of these itineraries caught your eye, the smartest move is booking during your window rather than waiting for general public release on September 8.
